Each of these therapeutic approaches offers unique perspectives and techniques to support individuals in overcoming challenges, enhancing well-being, and achieving personal growth and fulfillment. As a therapist, I integrate these approaches to tailor interventions that best meet the needs and goals of my clients, promoting healing, resilience, and a meaningful life journey.
My Methods and Approaches

Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT)
CBT focuses on identifying and changing negative thought patterns and behaviors that contribute to emotional distress. It emphasizes practical strategies to modify cognitive distortions and develop healthier coping skills.
Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT)
DBT combines cognitive-behavioral techniques with mindfulness practices. It is effective for individuals with complex emotional struggles, teaching skills to manage intense emotions, improve interpersonal relationships, and promote overall well-being.

Narrative Therapy (NT)
NT views individuals as storytellers of their own lives. It explores how personal narratives shape beliefs, emotions, and behaviors. Therapists collaborate with clients to rewrite negative narratives, empowering them to create positive change.
Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT)
EFT focuses on emotions as a primary driver of behavior and interpersonal dynamics. It helps individuals identify and express emotions effectively, develop emotional intelligence, and improve relational connections through empathetic exploration and validation.

Logotherapy (LT)
LT, developed by Viktor Frankl, emphasizes finding meaning in life as a central motivator for mental health and well-being. It encourages individuals to identify and pursue personal meaning, even in challenging circumstances, to foster resilience and fulfillment.
Existential, Humanistic Approach
This approach emphasizes personal agency, freedom, and the search for meaning:
- Existentialism: Focuses on individual choices, responsibilities, and existential concerns such as mortality and purpose.
- Humanistic psychology: Values personal growth, self-actualization, and the inherent worth of individuals in therapeutic practice.

Client-centered Approach
Developed by Carl Rogers, this approach prioritizes the client’s autonomy and self-discovery:
- Therapists provide unconditional positive regard, empathy, and congruence to foster a supportive therapeutic environment where clients can explore their feelings, beliefs, and goals.
