Many of life’s most important questions remain unanswered for us- questions about meaning, love, relationships, and our place in the world.
We have rarely been encouraged to explore these questions for ourselves. More often, society has simply injected us with ready-made answers.
Much of our confusion, anxiety and inner conflict stems from this uncertainty. We have never truly examined the foundations of what we believe.
Otherwise, as Rumi asks, why should we live in our own home “in fear and trembling”?
